Smooth, melassy and maple sweet 2023. A bit cold as almost always on tap, but a warm Curmudgeons is worse. But what am I writing about? It's a fcking beaut! Founders glory days may be past, but this un makes me glad!

After 5 years of aging, it's held up well. I still love it! Gonna be hard to find another one of these again

There's nothing overpowering in this, but a lot of little things make for a stunning result. An average old ale is transformed by a touch of molasses, a maple soak, & a trip through a bourbon barrel. The result is a yummy & unique medium thick ale.

Отличная штука: пиво, которое ещё пиво, при этом здесь и бурбон, и ванилька с деревяхой, есть лёгкая сладость на глотке, перекрывющаяся горьковатым послевкусием - однозначно лайк
