I finally cracked this one open. Stored in the basement for a while. Great flavors of maple, coffee and chocolate melded together with a touch of aged bourbon.

So much of the Maple has vanished and the coffee is dominating... let's say I feel it has passed it's peak.

Exceptionally good. I was told that I this was one of the rare ones on the menu and I was not disappointed taking a chance on it. Sweet and not overbearing. A great sipper craft brew... if you can sip. It is pretty awesome.
