09.08.2019. В аромате кофе и душистый перец. На вкус очень кофейно, сухо, алкашно и в то же аремя мягко. Бочка внятная, но деликатная. Немного горького шоколада в финале.

Nitro helps this a lot. It’s an ok beer on co2. Much more drinkable on nitro.

Pure chocolade! Beetje koffie (lijkt wat te zijn afgezwakt na wat aging) mag nog iets meer van de bourbon vaten hebben.

Vakantie-opener! Smakelijk bier, duidelijk veel koffie en ook barrel komt aardig terug. Had hem net wat dikker verwacht, en wellicht wat zoeter

At this point the coffee only exists as a faint aroma and slight bitterness. That bitterness is balanced out perfectly by bourbon sweetness.

Unsurprisingly this has aged nicely. Still some alcohol heat in the finish, but some chocolate notes have appeared. If this isn't a closer then it's going to be a long night 😉🍻
