Good and hoppy with the smoothness of a southern tier I like the little bit of sweetness after taste

Green Egg Brisket Day at Rutko’s. Hoppy but drinkable. The milk sugar gives this brew a slightly sweet profile and creamy mouthfeel. Ramble on.
