This beer hasn't been cellar'd, it's been barn'd. Meaning it was outside for 90 degree summer days, the negative 14 day last February, and the 100 degree sauna days of running the wood stove into the danger zone. This is the first of three barn'd beers.

Admittedly, it has lost a bit of carbonisation, but it still tastes as lovely.

Bottled 8.18.21. Big, smooth bourbon nose with chocolate. Tastes oakier than I remember. Bourbon without the burn and chocolate without the sweetness in there, too.

I wanted to note treacle, but molasses will do. Really good, though I wish I'd checked in the versions back in 2016 - 2019.
