Tasty but very seeet. Definitely get maple and coffee. Also a little hint of chocolate. I can only drink in small doses.

CBS is probably Founders best beer, which is saying a lot as every beer they make is good, many of which are great. The only thing I could use more of with this is slightly more charred oak & bourbon flavors. Other than that, CBS is close to perfection.

Not the 5 it was when it was first released. Maple is less present but coffee and barrel great. Classic that will never get old

It’s been a year since I last had this and the coffees faded but still heavy on the maple and charred barrel, very mellow with almost booze is pretty impressive, pretty sticky on the lips, got one bottle left for next year, I’m looking forward to it

Slightly muted after aging for so long but still fantastic. Maple goodness. Really hope they bring CBS back.

2018 vintage bomber. Flavors are true to original mellowed wonderfully. A dynamite brew well worth the wait A++
