Tapt seg (lagret i kjøleskap). Ikke noe maple igjen, bourbon sterkt famlende. Greit at dette er den siste på lager.

Cellared almost 3 years. 2017 was better than 2018. 2018 is far better than 2021 Founders. 🤷🏻♂️

Maple seems to have fallen off a bit. Coffe, chocolate, and barrel notes still rocking out though.

2018. Closest thing I had to what I wanted to serve with a southern-style dinner with pulled pork and sides. Maybe sweeter than I would have preferred for the pairing, but still tasty. Chocolate, woody, with maple. Smooth and balanced.

Wow. A barrel aged breakfast stout. Roasty, strong, sweet. Amazing version by the kings/queens of barrel aged.

Revisiting this one after 3 years. So smooth. Goes good with a cigar, fire pit and roasted marshmallows.
