So delicious! Was worried I laid it down too long but it is still fabulous! Flavors may have mellowed some but still clearly taste the bourbon, chocolate, coffee and maple syrup notes. Bourbon seems stronger than I remember. Excellent still!!

Maple definitely fell off over 3-4 years. I believe this is a BA stout best served fresh. Still amazing though aged.

Almost exactly 3 1/2 years in the bottle (9.24.18). Only a few remain cellared from various years, but this is my last (and according to this app, my only) 2018. Up, up, and away!

Super smooth, coffee up front, maple is diminished.

Not much maple syrup which keeps it from being overly sweet. Incredibly smooth for being 4 years old. Get a slight pepper taste with this one

Spera’s has modestly expanded their craft selection. Much to my surprise, they’ve got a pile of these. Couldn’t resist boofing one of these on such an excellent day. Cheers!!!
