What a way to start this early morning tasting session! Bourbon is super present along with a great maple syrup twist and a decent chocolate & coffeeish backbone. Medium-bodied. Smooth & lingering finish. Living up to its reputation! Thanks Dominik K. 🍳☕

Mellowed, maple faded very light, nice roasty malt, delightful multifaceted character.

Fantastic! Pours the color of cold brew coffee. A perfect balance of sweetness and booziness. Smooth with great mouthfeel and viscosity after 4 years of aging. Notes of darkest chocolate with bitter coffee and sweet maple syrup.

Channel surfing between Disney Plus, ESPN, and SNY; CBS seemed to fit in well with the motif. Plus it’s delicious. My last CBS bomber 😟 but I’m starting to think I don’t want to age stuff TOO long anyway.
