Rich chocolate, coffee, and syrup dances around every sip! Bourbon and oak come through more and more as is warms. This was worth the wait. Merry Christmas y’all!

Found this in Florida and even though it was $30 I had to get it. Honestly was a lot heavier than I remember almost like eating a beer honestly. Not sure how much longer I’d age it.

Had 2 stored. Opened one and it was bad. Opened the other and it was good. Really good.

Strong maple syrup, malty/ sweet with low coffee but notes of chocolate. Fabulous

Still a nice beer after 3 years. Maple has fallen but the overall beer and barrel were very nice.

Still drinking well. Bourbon still present but, the maple and coffee have faded a bit.
