This beer aged so incredibly well. Smooth, vanilla, maple sweetness, and some bourbon notes that balance so perfectly with the vanilla and maple. Hope Founders retains the quality of the January 2021 batch in future releases. Aged 22 months

香味：糖浆、药草、木桶和一点的焦香，香气爆炸，类香草味 15分 外观：黑色酒体，灯光下有红宝石色泽，酒头泡沫中等，呈褐色绵密装，持久性中等 4分 味道：桶味突出，前段甜蜜感，中后苦度和药草味突出，整体顺滑易饮，焦香味强于甜蜜感，厚波特。14分 口感：中等酒体，杀口感中等偏弱，口感细腻，酒精温热感足。3分 整体感受：传统波特，但桶味过于重，有点头重脚轻不利索。6分

De vanille en de maple komen allebei duidelijk naar voren. De barrel had van mij iets sterker gemogen.

Zeer zachte porter van 9,2% ABV uit de VS. Fijne tonen van mokka, chocolade, maple syrup en vanille. Dit gerijpt op bourbon vaten🤤

Bottled 28jan2021. Thick syrupy porter with faint hint of vanilla and malt, with bourbon finish. Reminiscent of a thinner Founders KBS.

Cheers another bottling session done waiting on more sap ! Cheers with another brew with some delicious maple 🍁 syrup aged from cellar deliciousness vanilla maple 🍁 syrup porter aged in bourbon barrel boom 💥
