Revisiting this thanks to a kitchen renovation that found this bottle buried deep in a cabinet. Sweet, smooth and not much bourbon flavor. Pretty good and I’d rate it higher than I did before.

Clear french Toast associations. Maple sugar and Vanilla Hit very hard But are a Bit one dimensional. Not much roast, Not boozy but alcoholic warmth stays a while

Found this just last week at a liquor store. Vanilla n maple up front. Maple falls off, vanilla lingers. Bourbon still nicely present

This has aged really well! Not as thick as a typical stout. Lighter, sweet, and a bit of fruit from the bourbon. Go Blue!

Surprisingly roasty. There is a sweet maple and a dry chocolate. It’s interesting. Not picking up a lot of barrel. Smooth. Hmm. Not bad, it’s just not anything to write home about.
