Kaffe, choklad, bourbon. Sötma från lönnsirapen och vaniljen som balanserad upp av en bra porter i grunden och bourbonen.

Strong maple sweetness but not enough to make me put down the glass. Aged well enough that you don't need to set aside any bottles.

I thought this was going to be way too sweet but holy shit this good. I think the bourbon aging cuts into the sweetness a little. Great beer.

Bottled 2/1/21 though had this in the brew cooler for a good month. ABV 9.2% & 30 IBU's. Maple 🍁and malty aroma up front. More going on with the taste and very smooth. So easy drinking. Good stuff. Happy Thirsty Thursday friends! 🍻🙂

This was part of my spring random holiday grab. The vanilla strikes fast. The bourbon stays on the tongue for a long while.
