Don’t get much maple if any, but it’s still a pretty tasty barrel aged brew.

Nice & smooth with an interesting sweet malty chocolatey boozy slightly vanilla & maple flavor. Goes well with our grilled chicken & homemade potato salad. Would be a very good “dessert” beer.

Lots of bourbon. Get the vanilla, no maple. Decent porter.

I’m finding an off taste in beers that use vanilla extract instead of just the beans .... still good except for that small thing.

The vanilla came through first and the maple finished well. For a bourbon barrel aged porter, I didn’t get the stronger bourbon taste that I’m used to with bb aged beers. Had that been there, this would have been nearly perfect.

BB aged and at 9.2% puts this between it's Porter classification and desert stout. Very tasty with subdued maple and vanilla flavors and not too sweet.

Nice variation on the KBS/CBS theme. Not quite as good as those 2 - but still a very worthy beverage.

Was anxious to give this one a try. Really good BA porter with sweet vanilla and maple flavor and slight bourbon flavor. Definitely not as strong and boozy as most of Founders Barrel aged series but still very good.

A lot going on with this one. The vanilla, maple and bourbon noted on the label are there, plus notes if chocolate and cinnamon. Rich and boozy but good if you're in the mood for that. Enjoyed while watching an excellent Mike Birbiglia zoom show.
