This is not one of Founders best barrel-aged beers. But, it still quite good. I'd buy another 4pk.

3/4 Almost black with a sand colored head. Vanilla and subtle maple nose. Vanilla, some maple, sweet and a little boozy. Thanks Chip E.

Vanilla is coming through more. Tasty. Super Smooth. Almost a little ashy. Tannic finish. Cocoa

Vanilla and sort of chocolate. Smooth, sweet and thick. Pretty nice stuff.

I’ve seen others rating this beer from pretty high to pretty low. My take is....as a Porter(not a Stout)...Bourbon Barrel aged with vanilla extract and maple syrup added.....it’s pretty good. Actually get a bit of oak which I like. Why not a Stout?

Lots of vanilla up front to hide the booze, with some maple to finish. Good stuff, and a bonus that it has my cat on the label 🐈⬛

Maple and a dark chocolate flavor profile and a warm smooth finish. Creamy mouth feel and good carbonation. Nice
