Blushing Monk

Fruit Beer

Blushing Monk is brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries and with a Belgian yeast strain that keeps our head cellar operator from sleeping for a week. It pours a stunning deep berry red and, at 9.2% ABV, has a surprising kick. The perfect dessert beer, it can be enjoyed on its own or paired with fresh cheeses, fruit, cakes and more.

So glad I finally found this stuff. Amazing. Had a shit experience at the Founder’s brewery a few years ago and had written them off because of it, but this almost makes up for it…

If Berryweis had an older, sexier cousin, this Belgian-style ale would kick its ass and run off with his mom.

Watching the last season of Ozark. I’m so nervous I could puke and cry. I’m nervous AF!
