Picked up some nutty notes sittin' in the cellar. Still quite roasty, and a nice chewy bitter finish.

Interesting. Dark, not very sweet, bitter finish. Roasted malt, burnt coffee.

This thing is an absolute weapon. Definitely the least boozy 11%+ I've had in a long time.

Great big powerful taste, boozy, its good, but maybe a lil bit too much big beer for me on a regular, split with a friend.

KING of beers. BARLEY WINE .🦁🏆 Barley wine is not the most popular beer style at the moment, but unlike others it never goes out of style. BANGER 4EVER. Malty and boozy. Sure does keep you warm!

Not overly thick mouth feel. Chocolate aroma. Aroma reminds me of an IRS but a little more mellow.

Perhaps the first "miss" I've had from Founders. It's just so weird. It's roasty and the hops are really strong. It's just so much if everything it feels like your taste buds are being assaulted.

Good flavor, but at 6 mos 3 wks hops are subdued. Probably a whale of a barleywine a few mos back.

Not usually a barleywine fan however this isn’t too bad. Roasty, malty, slight sweetness and nice bitterness. Has a subtle sour finish which is nice.

Darker barleywine than most. Boozy, hoppy, and strongly roasted. Time for bed.
