Archived find in the fridge cellar lol. Smooth chocolate and hint of coffee. Age really smooth this out. Very little heat. Delicious to sip while prepping dinner.

How is it possible that rando bar in Las Vegas has this?! Ok, this is a very high end hotel (The Cosmopolitan) , but still…. Vegas is known for quantity, not quality! Amazing to find a 2017 of this ON TAP in 2021.

Sweet milk chocolate roasted coffee bean sniffs.. roasted chocolate & coffee body.. toasted graham cracker and very drying finish.. gets bit more of a whisky finish as it warms..
