Burnt malts, vanilla, wood, dark chocolate, ash and bitterness. Clean and balanced burnt brew with barrel notes that had softened enough.

⏱️ 2 drink up - part 370. Found 2016, 17 & 18 in one of the boxes. It has lost taste, the ☕️ is still there, but not like a fresh brew. Should have been consumed much earlier. Kept me company to my lunch and now gone. Still a GR8 stout thou.

En dejlig og meget kraftfuld stout, med tydelig smage af chokolade og kaffe, samt en behagelig sprittet eftersmag, hvor man godt kan fornemme at den har lagt på bourbon fade. Det bliver 4.25 med pil ned.

Initial nose gives off some worrying raisin whiffs, but this fades away as I acclimatize. Taste is velvety smooth, dominated by a licorice base, laced with chocolate, some roasty notes and finishes with a lingering licorice/anis taste. Smooth AF. Yum.
