A 2016, 12% imp stout on a Wednesday. It must be December. Roll on Xmas.

Still delicious, but this one may have sat a bit too long (nearly five years). The usual delicious KBS notes, but lacking the richness I’m used to. Still a full body and a really good beer. Lower than a 4 at this point, but I can’t rate KBS any lower.

Hittade en gammal rackare i garderoben. KBS åldras med värdighet. Kaffet dämpas lite och den känns lite chokladigare och aningen sötare. Mycket gott.

I’ve been aging this for awhile. Fantastic aged with coffee notes oak. Super smooth.

Drank again, Second best best of the flight from 2016-2020, I think the sweet spot is 4-5 years aged . Far left . Semi sweet oxidized light hops, coffee droped out, slight sherry, beautiful

Had this one in the back of the closet for a few years! This has aged so gracefully! Absolutely incredible aging!

2016, zou de normale er eigenlijk naast moeten proeven maar lijkt iets minder zoet en dik. Lijkt iets minder artificial dan de laatste recente die ik heb gedronken, en smaakt me beter dan de laatste. Of dat door de leeftijd komt geen idee. 4.37

Shogan shows up at your door on March 15, 2016. Hands you a four pack, and you know it was work scoring it. Those were the days! Still holds a nice bitter cocoa with a decent bourbon kick. Last of my ‘16 stash, thanks homie

Barrel in nose, but barely any barrel flavor. Bitter coffee and dark chocolate with a boozy finish. Miss a little more depth - maybe it’s wearing off. Still good though .
