Zwart, weinig schuim. Kersen bonbon! Koffie en cacao, kersen, vanille. Bourbon op het einde. Verwarmend. Dik, romig. Thanks Remco!

Could’ve fooled me - this brown ale almost looks, and certainly tastes, somewhat like a stout. Wish it was punchier though. The coffee and chocolate are most prominent. Very clean finish. Pretty good.

De eerste smaak is peperig, dus pittig. Maar verder een heel mooi biertje: bourbon, vanille, koffie. Niet zo romig maar wel een fantastisch biertje.

Advent calendar day 18. Nesquick chocolate scent and taste, sweet and heavy. Full on corn and vanilla from the bourbon barrel. Dessert.
