Complexe espresso bom, hopjes, gebrand, vanille. Helaas zijn de toegevoegde extracten ook als zodanig te herkennen

Leuk bier dat zeker maar hij mist voor mij echt wat body en hij is net iets te zoet. Doet denken aan een Belgische dubbel qua karamel zoetje.

On sniff and first sip, the coffee hits like mild jalapeno, kinda pushes any chocolate or barreling outta the profile. The barrel does show up late, and gets more prominent as we go. Decent, but not quite to expex, and following several *tough* acts.

Imperial brown ale, brown ales lig ik nu niet meteen wakker van maar Founders heeft me al wel vaker aangenaam verrast. Deze is zeker ok maar niet mijn ding. Veel koffie, cacao en vanille. Nogal zwaar en vrij zoet. Verdienstelijk
