Smooth. Excellent flavor balance between the adjuncts and the base malts. Def on the sweeter side. Good stuff. Highly drinkable considering the 11.1 abv.

Bourbon then roasted nuts into chocolate then vanilla then oaky barrel into a moderately long chocolate finish A magic carpet ride of flavors. Damn good-let's drink this beer again
