Aged a year and this is EASILY their best KBS flavor. Cinnamon forward but not overpowering. Barrel is barely noticeable amongst the adjuncts, but it certainly takes the sweet and the bitterness of the coffee and cocoa out.

Not so great when it was first out of the fridge. But after getting it to almost room temperature the flavors really come out!

Negro azabache y linda espuma beige. El olor es una composición de repostería, chocolate dulce, canela, y una vainilla licorosa que recuerda al bourbon. Los aromas se integran muy armónicamente y generan una sensación muy de postre o torta.

There is surely cinnamon and vanilla, but there is a slight metallic smell. I'll try another bottle in a different glass next time. It's pleasantly boozy.

Bottling date of 9.3.21. So nearly a year. Wanted to see how it would age. Did beautifully. Super smooth but flavor still potent. Lots of vanilla, cinnamon and cocoa. Brilliant lingering finish.

Typical Founders quality KBS varietal. Barrel aging front followed by cinnamon and vanilla. Light on the cocoa but outstanding as expected.
