Last time I had one of these it was overkill on sweetness. This one is hints of sweetness upfront with much more coffee and dark cocoa bitterness going down. Appears to be different batches. Still a very good beer! Hardly any hints of the barrel.

Have a croissant ready for this one. You can just spread this frothy and luscious cocoa filling on pastry for a delicious brekkie. Layers of cocoa, some hints of vanilla in a ganache-like concoction. It drinks smooth with min. carbonation. Min alc. heath.

A touch thin, but nice. String cinnamon on the front, smooth cocoa finish.

Dry with lots of cocoa, coffee, some vanilla and hint of oak. Cinnamon providing sort of a spicy astringency. Medium bodied.

Wow. Really weird but interesting and ultimately fun. Equal parts delicious and gross. Big cinnamon on the nose. Deep cocoa on the sip, but verges on suntan oil coconut. Nilla leads the race to the finish line, but facking cinnamon takes it by a nose.

Dark choc and espresso aromas. Powerful chocolate entrance that evolves into dark roasted coffee notes. Slightly bitter, vanilla softens it up a bit, but it's actually pretty mild. Cinnamon, dried fruits, cigar and leathery notes on a the finish.
