Dig this one, big wiff of vanilla and cocoa then yummy cinnamon. More barrel character than the espresso. Thanks Will!

The flavor kept changing as it warmed. First few sips were heavy on the cocoa. Mid-beer was dominated by cinnamon. The end was a mix of cinnamon and vanilla.

Starts with a dark chocolate bitterness, ends with hints of cinnamon and a litte vanilla. Was hoping for more cinnamon

Cinnamon up front but not over the top with some bitter cocoa that balances out the sweetness well. BOD 9/3/21
