I love all of founders beers. Not my favorite stout of there’s but still good.

Good but underwhelming for barrel aged collection.. a bit thin and could use more hazelnut

Good but definitely not my favorite KBS variant. This has much more of a sour vibe than the rest. I don't know how much of that is the hazelnut, and how much is from the barrels or brewing.

This beer is chocolatey, roasty, with some coffee and aingering hazelnut note. Not super deep or thick but they blend pretty well. Boozy undertones.

Low barrel and comes across a little coconut/hazelnut.

I read a lot of mixed reviews so I just bought a single… I think the KBS base is fine I think the hazelnut flavor is bitter and kind of artificial. All in all decent but glad I only bought one. Cheers 🍻👍🏿🤑

Different flavors, not my favorite

The nose on this is a great hazelnut smell, but once you get into it it's kind of a mess.. its a little sharp and boozy. I tried it but I'll stick with the reg

12oz bottle. Dryish hazelnut, roasty/barely-sweetened coffee, astringent oak and 80% dark chocolate flavors. Wanted more bourbon taste. I almost didn’t buy this as I’ve been avoiding coffee beers (don’t mind the taste, but don’t want the caffeine!).

Kbs so of course it's good, but not one of my favorite flavors for it

Lowered rating today, tastes like bottom of keg pour

Tastes like a hazelnut latte with a kick. Great in a taster or 8oz but too sweet and heavy to go a schooner or pint. Certainly a reasonable variant to the longtime favorite KBS staple.

Seems like a good beer before seeing a jazz quartet at Hill Auditorium
