Roasty, bourbon-y and thin bodied coffee Stout. Nice, enjoyable, last.

Roasted coffee nites but thin bodied and lacks depth of flavor. Sadly … not what it has been in previous years.

KBS oli aikoinaan ihan suosikkiolueni, mutta ei tämä enää ihan samalla tavalla pärise. Hyvää on toki edelleen. Mahtava pehmeys, suklaata, kahvia ja tyylikäs tynnyröinti.

Bourbon is prominent. Coffee and cocoa. Strong. Roasty. Very solid yet missing a certain je ne sais quoi to provide proper balance to the bourbon.

They call it breakfast stout for a reason I guess. Regardless, I will follow their guidelines. Cheers!

Starter med masser af chokolade de første slurke. Har så et ganske sprittet midterstykker inden bourbon og kaffe kommer med varmen og lidt ilt. Anbefaling. Lad den lige stå 15-20 min i glasset.

An explosion of vanilla in the nose. Loads of chocolat, and coffee on the tongue and a long warm mellow aftertaste filled with coffee, chocolat and a hint of bourbon
