Tropical, tart nose. Pineapple, tart forward. Sweet, pineapple finish. Good gose.

Dessert beer. I kinda like it, but 5 ounces is plenty. Not as tart as it could be, but not overly sweet. Nice flavor.

Just the right amount of pineapple flavor as not to over power the beer. Hint of sour, sweet and saltiness. Maybe the next Mas Agave base 🤞.
