Belgian Twist

Belgian Tripel

A Belgian Tripel…with a twist: this beautiful beverage is brewed with a substantial amount of Blue Agave nectar; heightening and highlighting the existing fruity notes and rounding out the sweet body of this golden straw-colored Tripel.

Malty, sweet, banana bready taste. Drinks easy for 10%. Could be dangerous!

Beautiful clear pour with thin white head, solid retention and lacing. Aromas of bread, honey, cloves, bubblegum, agave, coriander, slightly floral. Flavor follows the nose, quite complex, also get some white pepper, and subtle undertones of oak.

12oz bottle that overflowed upon opening. Spicy/fruity Belgian yeast with a sweet agave nektar addition rounding out the palate. Not bad, but I didn’t appreciate the mess and loss of beer…

Sweet and dry with a banana-margarita like note. Very interesting. Would be a great sipper on a hot day
