All Day Chill Day

IPA - Cold

Everybody chill. All Day Chill Day is a refreshingly crisp Cold IPA brewed with an assemblage of hops for a subtle yet flavorful punch of pineapple, floral and lemon notes. Throw out your to-do lists and let the pleasant dryness and moderate bitterness from the cold fermentation process ground you in the moment – where good friends and good hangs are more important than anything you had to do anyway.

This tastes way more like a lager than a IPA. Mild bitterness and dryness up front. A little hint of fruit and hop flavor on the back end. A easy drinking crisp IPA.

It’s a cold IPA version of the usual All Day session ipa. More dry, less body. The standard is a go to for me, one of the few session IPAs that delivers. This one is passable but not as good.

Nice, clean, 'cold' session ipa with decent mouthfeel, low hoppiness, a subdued, delicate, gentle, light, floral flavor and a soft, quick-fading aftertaste. Very quaffable and slammable. Probably better appreciated on a hot summer day.
