Not been huge into big ole porters and stouts lately, but this is quite good

Pours black with thin head. Nose with hints of vanilla and maple syrup. Drinks like CBS with maple and vanilla but with the roastiness abs mouthfeel of a porter. Worth a buy and definitely worth drinking again!

Barrel and vanilla are strong. Don’t get any maple though. Still pretty solid

Lighter than I expected. Disappointed in the sense I was expecting much more bold flavors.

Strong alcohol up front. Vanilla sweetness finish. Not bad.

Roasted malt, some booziness, and noticeable sweetness from the vanilla. A good sipper.

FLN didn’t go through. This was surprisingly smooth for a BA 9.2%. Balanced and not too sweet

Unfortunately I’m not a fan of this brew. Too sweet and too much vanilla. Not getting an overpowering bourbon flavor which is good
