Robusta e intensa, riporta forti sentori di caffè, sciroppo d’acero, fondente con venature legnose, di cenere e vaniglia. Morbida e dolce, persistente e decisa. Ottima

Despite its low abv for an imperial porter, it is robust and thick. Full of vanilla taste and discrete maple aroma. Very balanced. 4.15!

Vintage 2021. Very smooth and silky. Dark malts, vanilla, cocoa, whisky barrel.

I liked that the maple, vanilla and Bourbon notes were not over the top, but balanced and restrained. It’s a great combo of sweet delicious flavors.

Chocolate, sweetness dominates. A bit too sugary for my liking. Smooth, balanced and nice, but did not perhaps meet my high expectations for the brewery.

A good medley of flavors. Vanilla is the most prominent imo w/ some toastiness that some might equate with coffee (albeit subtlety). I know the maple is there as well as back notes of bourbon but not prominently. Both would be missed if removed though.

Nicely done, robust porter. Roasted coffee forward, with some vanilla sweetness at the finish. Thanks, John!
