Each one I've had from this batch has grown on me more. Still not my favorite barrel aged coffee stout, but pretty tasty with a nice chocolate and maple flavor

1.5 years of aging and of course its still delicious. Dark chocolatey body, notes of vanilla make this perfect dessert beer

My first time having this on draft, and it does not disappoint. Rich and chocolatey with a very smooth finish. Delicious!

Nose is straight chocolate. Flavor is much more coffee. You get the earthy coffee up front and a sweet dark chocolate behind that thanks maple. The sweet dark chocolate and coffee is equal throughout the center of the flavor profile. Great mouth feel.

This fudge has developed better in 1.5 yrs. Notes of KBS using Mackinac Fudge coffee, then adding maple syrup & aging it in oak BBL’s. Chewy w/ bitter chocolate in a sweet dessert Stout. Best variant recipe hands down.

Smells like chocolate scratch and sniff, coffee beans, lucious chocolate, vanilla, fudge brownies, nutty, rich, sweet, oak and spice, huge nose, well carbonated, full mouthfeel, amazing
