Vanilla coffee nose and taste with a strong bitterness normally not found in a porter. Lacks the sweetness normally found. Ok but unexpected.

Semi sweet, not overpowering. Subtle bitter roasted coffee.

Didn't know they made a vanilla version. Mild vanilla taste. Like the regular porter more. But Cristina did win planet moolah bonus!

Meh. It's a decent porter but there's no vanilla to speak of. Bought the 12 pack because it was cheap, learned my lesson.

The idea of combining vanilla with a very bitter but otherwise straight up non-sweet porter, is very interesting. Personally I prefer the sweeter variants
