Dark malts yield coffee, chocolate though that icky fake vanilla extract thoroughly and quickly muddles the taste and doesn't relent even beyond the finish, like some turkey scrapped a package of cheap vanilla sandwich cookies into an otherwise great beer

Meget fin balanceret vanilie duft, sammen med den typiske porter duft. I smagen kan jeg slet ikke finde vanilien. For mig er det bare en plain porter med ristet kaffe.

This beer was not good. It had a fairly high alcohol content but tasted like dark chocolate which only made it more bitter. I didn’t really taste any vanilla either. Not a good introduction to porters for me.

It’s very vanilla flavored. I think these breweries are using imitation vanilla. It very overpowering and it’s making it more bitter then it should be
