How have I never checked in with a Breakfast Stout??? Oh well, can’t say that anymore. Damn good roasty and dark chocolate but It’s so easy to get caught up in the numerous variants too.

Founders original Breakfast Stout is one of my favorite stouts, although I erred in not allowing this to sit at room temp for a while beforehand. Coffee flavor is so strong though. This was bottled on 3/13/19. It’s another quality🍺share with my Dad.

Prominent coffee, as expected. Bready, as oatmeal stouts tend to be. I don't get much chocolate. Also some coffee grounds bitterness - could be from the hops or just cuz there's so much coffee. While well made, the overall experience is just ok.

Not the biggest fan. Not sure what I dislike about it, but it’s really just nothing I’d ever go out of my way to drink.

Думал, будет мягче. А он такой - ядрененький, кофе выше крыши. Овсянка тоже пригоревшая, чуть шоколадки. Был дико заебанный, поэтому еле допил. Надо будет пробовать ещё раз.

A very well balanced stout; balance in flavours of roasted malts, smooth coffee and bitterness. Rich aftertaste. I like this breakfast!
