Reminiscent of Quilter's Irish Death (Iron Horse, Ellensburg WA), but distinctively different also. Both well worth 5 stars, which I give only 1-2X/yr for any style (last 5star stout was Lb Brewing, Hays KS).

Odd I’ve never checked this in. This is one of my all time favorites. Haven’t seen it on the shelves in a while though. Glad I picked up a fresh 4 pack 😋

I don't drink much of this old favorite in the summer, but I broke out a bottle tonight to pair with baked apples and vanilla ice cream. I regret nothing.
