IPA degosto forte com notas defumadas bem marcantes (talvez um quê de café) o que tornam a cerveja pesada. Interessante para harmonizar mas não é uma cerveja pra ser consumida em grandes quantidades, ou seja, degusta uma ou duas mas não bebe a noite toda.

2015 Stephen: 4.5 and “a lot better than I remember.” 2021 Stephen: Surprisingly 3.75 at best. Either my taste has improved or deteriorated, my guess is as good as yours.

Floral, fragrant, dry, little bitterness in the finish.
