Oh where have you been all my life, Centennial? A HAIR on the sweet side for me, but Very good, and even better ICE cold.

It’s an IPA so it has floral notes, it’s also 7.2% so if you leave it on your tongue for ok long you can taste the alc. citrus notes as well. I don’t like IPA’s so I’m a little bias.

Clear amber-orange w/ fluffy off-white head & tremendous lacing. Floral pine-resin nose & taste; add grapefruit-rind flavor. It’s hop-forward w/ creamy malt balance. It finishes dry.

Super solid IPA. good bite. And love the ABV @7.2 very efficient.

Someone left it in the refrigerator so I drank it. Surprisingly refreshing for being as hoppy as it is.
