Malty, brown sugar sweetness, toasty, booze, a bit bitter, and a tiny hint of baking spices. A solid, well rounded beer.

Starts off very strong, mellows with subsequent sips. Very malty and rich, nice scotch flavors, definitely can taste the smoke.

(10/13/21) 8.5%. Wee Heavy. 7 malt varieties,Abbey&Crystal malt. Toasty,malty,bready,cherry,raisin,subtle nutty tone. Caramel sweetness&light smoky note towards a smooth finish.
