Very scotch-like taste, a bit of sweet notes but overall as strong as scotch and not much as a beer

Smooth start and not so smooth finish. Sweet caramel, slightly malty. I’d definitely drink it again.

Friggin 8.5% abv was slush pretty quickly. Windchill was -22F ice fishing! Sheesh

It's a sweetish ale, no bitter after-taste, a little fruity. It is not as rich as the stouts I prefer, but has a significant alcohol content that makes it a little "dangerous". I would definitely drink again.

Dark and strong. Reminecent of Old Monkeyshine. Chocolate toffee and gingerbread notes.
