Maybe a waft of watermelon on the nose. Initial tartness mellows to the taste of 🍉 gum. I love 🍉 gum.

Definitely sour. Sugary & fruity. Smells like rotten produce. I added a pinch of salt to cut the tartness & sweetness, which oddly flattened the brew. I truly enjoy this gose, it's just too syrupy flavored. I hoped for a strong watermelon presence.
