Not big on stout beers, but this was amazing and COMPLETELY different than the typical beers I drink. I would like to get another one and pair it with a breakfast meal, great excuse for having breakfast at dinner time!

Smooth, lots of chocolate, and not overly bourbonized from the barrel aging. Definitely doesn't seem like 12%. Huge difference when this beer is on draft vs the bottle.

Kaffe och mörk choklad. Bourbon. Balanserad smak. Den höga alkoholstyrkan känns inte i smaken.

Strong boozy bourbon smell. Tastes like unsweetened cacao + bourbon and a bit of coffee. Bourbon a bitterness lingers. Strong and pretty light in mouth for a stout.

Only gets a four because it knocked my socks off,oh wait I wasn’t wearing any socks,but none the less this was a good tasting stout,coffee,chocolate and a good taste of bourbon,best to have this one with a full stomach.
