Smell: Coconut/whisky/marzipan Taste: Whisky and light coffee first, afterwards espresso mixed with sparkling mineral water.

I think this one sealed the deal that barrel aged anything is so-so imho.

Nothing happened in the bottle over 3 years that would shock you. The barrel is still prominent with the wood and bourbon flavor. The burn from that bourbon did not drop off. Kind of syrupy but still a respectable brew.
