Breakfast? 😬 I've had a couple bourbon barrel aged stouts now and the first adjective I used when I took my first sip of this was "dirty." There's actually a bit of watered down taste which was surprising for a thick and heavy stout like this

Too smooth, awful aftertaste. Many more imperial stouts out there with a much more enjoyable flavor and drinking experience.

Inte favoritstouten... Tror jag föredrar Porter över stouts.

WOW. Super stronggggg. Way too much for me! I can taste the chocolate, bourbon and coffee, but it is too much for my palate.

Bourbon stouts just don't agree with me. I keep trying like an idiot.

It was a 2 on the way in and only 1.5 on the way out. Really harsh and just generally unpleasant. I don't understand why this is rated highly.

very strong in alcohol content. not getting much creaminess despite it being an oatmeal stout. is a breakfast stout though so tastes somewhat maple-y, but not executed well. glad i tried it, however will probably never get again.

I think this is a well crafted beer I just personally don't like it.

I heard that this beer splits the waters and I am in the camp of not liking it. It was a fun experiment but not a beer I would drink again given the choice.

This was so awful, whenever I got it from must not have pulled it from the shelves.

Low dark mocha head, disputes quick. Chocolate alcohol odor. Alcohol flavor with hint of chocolate. Should have taken the burbon out of the barrels before aging.
