Lekker!!! Warm, sterk, maar geen klap in je gezicht. Echt een bier om te genieten. Koffie en licht zoet. Bedankt Xander en Renske!

The pour is dark with a chocolatey head. Coffee, chocolate, and sweet dark fruits make up the nose. The palate is rich and heavy; dark chocolate starts, coffee coffee arrives in the middle, and both fade slowly for a sweet, oak finish. A wonderful beer.

Fantastic! I love everything Founders does, but this is the best of theirs that I’ve had (although I really like their Backwoods Bastard too). I’ll be hitting the store ASAP for more.
