Even more impressive than their barrel aged breakfast stout, this porter relies less on the alcohol boost and more on a toasty, thicker mouthfeel. Still pretty big at over 6%, but more traditional tasting than the KBS.

Lovely chocolate aroma and smooth going down, but it might be the prominence of the hops that makes it a little more bitter and less roasty than I was expecting.

Heel zacht en soepel. Chocolade met bramen en kersen. Daarna ook wat hoppige bitters. Fijn

Lekker droog. Mooi ronde porter van maar 6,5%. Lekker

Very good. A tad sweet for my preference, but not too much. Roasty-toasty malts.

Creamy head, sweet aroma with chocolate and caramel malt notes, roasted taste, velvety mouthfeel, subtle hops finish.
