With 45 IBU and 6.5 ABV, this beer ages well. Actually prefer it myself after aging 2 years. This is last bottle of 2018 vintage so may not revisit for couple years.

Amazeballs. Think I tried this years ago but my tastes are different and now I love this! One of the BEST Porters around, and I’ve been on a Porter kick. Perfect winter beer. Complex, yet approachable. Dark, silky, malty and satisfying. A Must-try!

Very good, actually excellent, that’s why I give it a 5. The smell and tastes is true to its description Porter “ Dark, Rich and Sexy “ just like a fine woman!!!

Blessed be Founders for distributing their perfect porter to California. Bottled on 10.07.20, perhaps the best vintage I’ve had in the past 15 years.

There might be equally tasty porters out there, but I doubt there are any better. Checks all the boxes. Chocolate, coffee, hops just noticeable enough. Dry finish. Goes down too easy!

The 2020 vintage is dark chocolate and coffee. Hops are kept behind the curtain where they belong. Need new label though.
