The gold standard of scotch ales. A bit sweeter than your standard wee heavy, but a world-class beer. The right balance of oak bourbon, roasted malt, smoke, and traces of fruit. Outstanding.

I love scotch ales, don’t find too many of em in NL so went looking abroad. This bourbon ba sure tastes darn good!

Great sipper . Perfect counterpoint to listening to the broken chords of C.P..E. Bach clavichord abstruse music.
